There are a few RCCs which specifically state that they can't use Magic.

Malvoren is one of such non-magic using RCCs.

Now my question is what happens if a Malvoren becomes a Soul Harvester?

It seems to me that because the Soul Harvester is drawing his magic from Nxlya himself and the souls of his victims unlike the other magic-users who is using their own magic ability, it would make sense that a Malvoren can use the magic spells of the Harvester's.

What do you all think?

Theoretically, even a little puppy and kitty can become a witch. Assuming an alien intelligence would want to combine its essence with such a mundane creature in the first place. Lol.

from the perspective of an Alien Intelligence, it's entirely possible they consider a puppy or kitten to be on the same level as a human.

A Malvoren can't become a soul harvester. It's biologically wired. They don't know how.

No, it isn't.

Soul Harvesting is no more 'biologically wired' than Witchery is; everything that the Witch (or in this case, Harvester) needs to 'know' is provided by their masters -that's why so many people are potentially capable of becoming Witches, of any sort, even when they have NO mystical knowledge whatsoever.

So while a Malvoren (like a Seljuk) cannot pursue any Mystic OCC on his own, if Some Other Power grants this capability to them, then yes they potentially can become a SoulHarverster.

The only creatures that I can engender being unable to take a Witchery-Type OCC even if all the power is lent to them by an Outside Force, are those beings who are magically impervious (Hawrk-Duhks, Hawrk-Ohrls, Zavor, the Fenris Wolf, etc.).

Not saying that they would, only that they could.

(Then again, we seem to have plenty of Magic-Using Dwarves in the Megaverse, most notably one Inglix The Mad, so one can never tell for sure.... )

If I remember correctly,no one with psionics can become a Soul Harvester,and since the Malvoren have psionics......

That's no one with Psionics can be Harvested.

No such restriction on becoming a Harvester itself.

What I was specifically referring to was the part where it says a Harvester cannot be so much as a minor psychic,which I interpret to mean that Nxla wants nothing to do with them,or they with him.It would be simply anthetical to both their natures.

It could also mean that the Malvoren would lose his psychic powers upon becoming an harvester.
