The Mack truck freezes. when it expires, it keeps moving. there is no crash of any sort.

Maybe if it didn't have a trailer, there wouldn't be any crash.
The truck wouldn't keep moving, it would stay still till someone got it started again. Yes, I'm treating the truck as a missile weapon, because that is basically what it would be.
