I don't know how much can be posted, but if you can find (or already have) a copy of BtS 1st Edition, these things will kill an unwitting party quick!

Aren't they in conversion book one?
You are correct, sir! They are on pg 172.
I made an intelligent Spider Swarm one time. I will try to find them (it) and get them to you.

There are several creatures mentioned in the BTS2 book that havent been released as of yet, like the Night Blood, Scouriers, Stealers, and more.
Dont be afraid to try creating your own stats as well. The creatures of the BTS realm are all based on nightmarish and hellish ideas that seems to come from the worse parts of man.
Some creatures dont even need impressive stats, many have unique powers and talents that make them as dangerous as they are.

I thought about the creating my own critters.
As the creator of many a twisted nightmare (some of which have graced the pages of the Rifter) I say GO FOR IT!

Demon Cats
1D6 HP
6D6 SDC
Claw attack does 1 damage
Bite does 2 damage
Scorpion tail does 1 damage but injects venom which does no real damage but causes excruciating pain for 2D12 hours.
Looks similar to a house cat and is similarly sized.
Not too shabby Mcgee!! I would throw in a "metamorphasis" trait to the scoripion tail, taking an action to change.
I cant imagine a scene with a group of PC's going to check out a "crazy cat ladies" house and in the process of investigating the joint, these lazy napping felines suddenly spring to life and attack them!

In fact, I dig this one enough that I may add this with some extra notes to the adventure idea thread.

Re: Monster suggestions...
They may not be dangerous individually or in pairs... but in a pack or a group of them, they could really be dangerous killers!
Dont take any of the following advice the wrong way as I like where your going here, but for the BTS world, I would advise the following changes...
-The majority of the supernatural beings come from one of the many "onion layer" dimensions that are closely wrapped around the globe. The lack of magic energy makes random rift occourences and a rarity (not that it doesnt happen or Victor Lazlo wouldnt be in Rifts Germany right now) and most of the dimensional beings need to anchor to something physical in our world to esxist. In this case they'd probrably posess the typical house cat. I would encourage this route as opposed to a random rifting arrival.
-I'd include some action/skill penalities while suffering the excruciating pain of the venom. As this creature isnt dangerous anymore than the venom, I'd include a negative to saving against it under save vs. non-lethal poisoning.
Dont be afraid to make these beasts easily controllable by those with the knowledge and skills to conjure and control minor beings. Not to toot my own horn here, but these things would go nicely with the Scurry Scree and Scurry Talus beings I created (and appeared in the Rifter #46.) and would work well together in a urban household/stronghold under the control of people/beings who could control them.

Re: Monster suggestions...
Another fun part of critter making for BtS 2nd edition are the discorporations. None of the monsters leave behind intact bodies when killed. This is due to their tenuous connection with physical Earth. It's also a convenient plot devise for maintaining scepticism in a world almost overrun with monsters. Mr Loucifer is good at making interesting and sometimes disgusting discorporations. So what happens to these cats when they are killed?

How about a Alien intelligence that bond a piece of it,s essence with a House, some time it feed on the fear and suffering of mortals living in it,or it may killed the mortals for ther P.e.e and other time it may make a deal where the one gets other mortals to the house.
Do you use this?
How do you use Alien Intelligences? Do you come up with your own?

First off, thank you Lord of the Z for compliment.
Second, being as "the Creator" here deems them a transplant from a Rift as opposed to a typical creature, my advise would be to treat the discorporation in one of two ways:
The subtle way: The scorpion tail transfigures into a regular cat tail as the magical energy and lifeforce leave it. They will simply look like dead cats in the end.
A more "flamboyant" method: Due to its alien physiology on this "low magic energy world", the creatures doubled PPE does not escape from the creature, it instead literally "burns itself out" by creating a magical blaze that reduces the body to ashes within 15-30 seconds!
Lord Z is right BTW, if there was ever to be proof of the physical existance of supernatural creatures, the entire course of the game is ruined... always cover your tracks GM'S!!!

Re: Monster suggestions...
Regarding the Alien Intelligences, I don't know. Alien Intelligences are like the Dark Gods, set up to be the big baddies of the game. If Splugorth are any indication, even a weakened and down on its luck intelligence will have hundred of minions. Haunting a house and terrorizing a familty within just doesn't seem worth the time of an Al-Intel.
That being said, it might be possible and even feasible for an Al-Intel to be accidentally bonded to a house. That would make for an interesting monster. It would probably be a lot like the movie Monster House.

Re: Monster suggestions...
One of the new Entity creations I have in the ghost source book I’m working on (or trying to work on anyway) includes something like this.
In short, it’s a large entity that’s big enough to literally possess a structure, from a house to an entire building! I introduced this entity at last year’s Palladium open house in a couple of my adventures and people loved the idea.
How it works is like this: let’s use the house idea being talked about above. This entity possesses the entire home, literally imbeds itself into the walls, ceiling, foundation, everything. The next thing it does is that it allows the smaller entities like poltergeists and haunting entities inside it, attracted to the energies still in the house. However, like a roach motel, once they check in, they don’t check out, the “structure entity” trap’s these smaller ones inside the house.
With nowhere else to go only the energies in the house to use, all the haunting and poltergeist activities increase. The increase in activities can range from fitful poltergeist throwing things all the time, to several hauntings taking place in the location all at once.
On top of all this, the entity uses ectoplasm and illusion abilities to create the surroundings that match the recollections of the people the haunting entities are living vicariously through. A PC could walk into a room that’s suddenly a room that time forgot that looks like its back in the Civil War era and a Yankee soldier entity stares at them, calls the PC a confederate who has invaded his home, suddenly charging him with the bayonet on his rifle!
In the case of a building being possessed by this structure entity, I used an old luxury hotel in the middle of the French countryside that had been burned out and abandoned decades ago (this was my intro scenario of this entity to my players in fact). The PC’s needed a place to stay and found this beautiful hotel to stay at in the middle of nowhere. The staff and company and all were top notch and very accommodating and the PC’s has a great stay that night. One the way back from their job they planned to stay at the same hotel for the fun of it. Only when they got there, it was a rundown hotel building devoid of life of comfort.
Looking into it, they learned of its demise after WW1, and hiring a medium to visit the building gave them insight to the structure entity and over 70 haunting entities trapped inside! These entities all took the roles of the various staff and through the use of ectoplasm manipulation and illusions by the structure entity, the structure entity brought the hotel back to life for the evening!
This is just one or two examples; there are a lot of things you can do with this entity.

L, the structure entity seems like a ton of fun. It's surprising in retrospect that Palladium doesn't already have a critter like that.

Re: Monster suggestions...
Shang, I like most of what you wrote. The one detail that doesn't sit well is the men in black style evil government agent. I understand that this is a classic trope, but I think it is overused and does not resonate with a contemporary audience. It's so 1990s. The contemporary audience, I suspect, is more afraid of fanatics like the haters you mentioned (unfriendlies, 2nd paragraph).

I back up Lord to the Z here, too much men in black these days... for a more modern terror, try going with a terrorist organization or evil science or something like that (Note: My adventure seed of the week is an evil science adventure.)

Palladium really hasnt been too keen on ghosts and spirits and such, so I'm not too suprised.
But hey, that just means my paranormal mind can fill a void thats been missing for far too long.
