Now that I almost have the Tall Pines story completely posted in War Stories, I am thinking its time for a new one to start.

The haunted asylum story went very well (thanks to Joe Smith, Gabe Matthews, and Doc Boggs). I really liked working with you guys.

After a long discussion in a previous topic here, it was sugested that we try to incoperate some of the older BtS1 & Boxed Nightmares campaigns. I liked this idea.

I am calling dibs on CITY RUINS as found on page 223 of BtS-1. I will have it take place it Portland, Maine.

I will of course need to work on the details, but I think it will turn out just as good.

Any takers?

It would depend on the timing. Cyber is going to be busy. Nemmy is still busy and will be until the summer. Techno is just getting back from Japan but I'm not sure how suited he is for a monster hunt.

I'll try anything twice. HA!

Sure " Bob " . As I say, the more the merrier. This will be a classic BtS monster hunter with investigation merged together. I am going to change up the monster though to keep the ending a surprise.

Ok, for anyone looking to get involved, this one I am planning on starting Monday.

So far the roster looks like its going to be Holister (or course), Randolph Carter, and " Hi Im Bob " (I still can't get over that handle).

A psychic would be nice (I know that I could just NPC this thread to death, but I would like to help boost PC relations and interaction).

A good fighter type character would also be good to help with the monster.

This adveture was okay, kind of flavorless, but it does leave a lot of room for flexibility. If you still would like a sensitive type, Professor Ali seems available. He's a Psychic Sensitive (when sober).

Ok, that all helps me out when I work on the story. I will be sure to read you War Stories thread and see if there is any other info I can use. As for not having any WPs or combat skills, don't worry about it. I am trying to steer away from the shoot em up posts and stick with straight up BtS threads from now on.

Professor Ali is a psychic sensitive who somewhat recently learned that he was psychic. Ali Ufuk never met a vice he didn't like. All that chemical interference blocks his powers. Those powers are Open Oneself to the Supernatural, Psychic Literacy, Precognition, and Psychic Invisibility. He has medical training and W.P. Axe. He teaches middle eastern history but also paramedics-fightfighting at a small midwest college. He was born and raised in Afganistan, but selling out his countrymen to the CIA got him a ride to the USA and a new identity. He joined the Lazlo Society even more recently based as referred from his CIA friend.

Due to some back log stuff I must finish this week, I can work on this thread this week (think thursday) and we can start to post Monday.
