This guy is full of it. I feel, however, that he is a great storyteller. This is a two hour long interview video. I listened to the first hour or so. It's a story about a black ops project within other black ops, remote viewers, an autisic genius, a perfect brainwashing drug (sounds like the name is 'sopamine'), flying triangles, and soldiers who have had genetic materials from jackals, and amphibious soldiers carrying dolphin DNA. It's fun.

Here is a thought my girlfriend pointed out. Of all the animals you could claim to have given you DNA, the dolphin is one of the least intimidating. You might as well say you were genetically spliced with a duck.

I will have to listen to the interview and then post a more exact response. But, for now, it sounds like a disinformation or misinformation program. They usually have kernels of truth planted within, but then contain and present outrageous claims to make those kernels of truth seem outlandish as well. This is an effective way to surround the truth with so many lies as to associate something real with the outrageous. Then, well educated and good sensed people quickly dismiss the entirety as complete falsehood.

--These guys have the ultimate playbook into human psychology like no others. I can't claim to know any of this first hand. I can say that it is extremely and highly likely that psychological operations have their tentacles embedded DEEP in Hollywood, and have been there since the mid/late 40s through modern day. This is where things get blurred, because the truth is surrounded by fiction, and fiction, as Stephen King has said, "Fiction is the truth contained within the lie."

But yeah, the idea of genetic manipulation is certain. The US simply would NOT allow other countries to outdo us in this (and other) areas. Publicly, we deny. Privately, we research and develop and innovate. We have to, simply to stay ahead of our competitors. And there is a loop hole that allows our government to do these things: they "privatize" the efforts, the technology.

Private companies/corporations are not accountable to the public in this way. In fact, they operate in a world of secrets. Controversial technology and research, once *privatized* vanish from the grid of public accountability. The downside of this is that once privatized, the government officially (and realistically) loses control over these projects. Government officials and military people usually leave government at this stage (or retire) and continue their overseeing of these projects as private citizens and employees/owners of these corporations.

It really gets sticky because we suddenly have a situation where dozens, if not hundreds, of "snakes" are in a barrel with virtually NO oversight. Things are lost in the mix. Suddenly, you have profound technology and innovations popping up almost randomly, making these compaines very rich, and they have technology that absolutely no one on the outside knows about. This has been going on since 1947 (the year of the Roswell incident, the year the Air Force became its own service, the year the CIA was formed... all after Roswell). Coincidence?

These are some good points, G. They are especially relevant to anyone running a BtS game with colnspiratorial elements. Outside of the game, I try to find a feasible middle ground between the conspiracy theorists and the skeptics; I usually find it.
