I don't care for the layout and it is counter intuitive. The 'Weapons & Equipment' section seems largely unusable and comes across as sloppy. Even as a blank sheet, it is difficult to read. There isn't any kind of flow to guide where the reader's eyes might land. It is all quite a jumble.
I don't mean to be cruel, but that's my honest answer.

Are you trying to say that you have a friend who scanned the character sheet directly out of the back of the book? Or your friend created his own sheet and modeled it after the one in the book?
