NE Cruisers Shields...None?

What are the shields of the Conquistador-Class Assault Cruiser in Dim Out break and the shields of the Commodity class super heavy cruiser in fleets of the three galaxy?
Are they just shielded ships easy for being destroyed then since they don't like their ships shielded?
