if you look too closely at this, you're shortly going to realise that none of the values match with each other very well. you may as well list energy production and consumption in 'jkgnfughbvuhjf' units, and using a numbering system where the same number could represent a different value depending on the location on the page, the phase of the three moons of the planet blerfnark, and the mood of the person who wrote it at the time, because that's about how much sense the values you'll get will likely make when placed next to each other.
