From what is being said there, there was a lawsuit & it got thrown out & the dust is settled. Very suprised I missed that whole dust up. Every since Marvel started setting the sniper sights on anyone & everyone I have been paying more attention to thse stories. Apparently not enough attention.

There info is wrong the lawsuit is still going on and set to go to trial in February but currently its in mediation. The thread below is a good source for what is going on.
