This is pretty cool. If you have Through the Glass Darkly, there's a spell called Mictactius Command (that's as close to the spelling as I remember) that allows one mage to flay the skin off another and create a cloak that captures the other's magics. It would be well placed with your ideas above.

Here are a few "Unions" that we use in our game

Wizard Tongue (10 P.P.E.): If the Necromancer and the Wizard that the tongue comes from both know the same Non-Necromantic Invocation spell the Necromancer can cast it at normal cost.
Humanoid Tongue (5 P.P.E.): Allows the Necromancer to understand and speak the native language of the tongues "original" owner

I've played a Necromancer for years and she has never killed a sentient being just for its parts. She ends up killing them for another reason and their parts just become a bonus.

Dr. Hellstromme wrote:Now for something different:

Restore Limb: 80 PPE + cost of enhancement
With this spell, the necromancer (and the necromancer only) can install a dead animal limb instead of his own cut off arm or leg. For example he can have a tentacle for 90 PPE, or a feline leg for 100 PPE. This alteration is permanent, but that limb will not be able to accept further necromantic enhancements. The mage is stuck with the tentacle or whatever for good. MDC limbs are not available: no mortal body can support such a limb permanently. (At least not with necromancy... try bio-wizardry ;) )

In our game a necromancer can make a Union/Augmentaion permanant by permanantly burning 25% of the PPE cost of the Added/altered part from the Necromancers PPE base. plus the permanantly added parts still count towords the maximum that the Necromancer can have.

Binding with a normal persons hand will give the Necromancer their fingerprints for the duration of the ability. Great for crimes and palm scanners
