This footage is either a skillfull while still being simple hoax, performed with the news crew as accomplishes or completely duping them in a way that isn't feasible in real life contact. Or -- it's a real demonstration of rare paranormal phenomena. Clayton Morris of the Paranormal Report reached the same conclussion as you did. I am leaning towards the hoax hypothesis myself, but in its own way, I find the hoax scenario to be even more impressive and exciting than a real haunting. The athleticism required to make this stunt look good is incredible, and that is just the first impressive aspect.
