if you have a mixed group the knock off version is still an ultimate mage vehicle. As is the Reloader hover vehicle. Open cockpit allows spell casting, a few tw enhancements (armor of ithan, Breath with out air(the canopy would be re engineered to act like a wind shield fo it to be environmental canceling spell abilities) But i was looking to create a D-travel vehicle-- is it possible for a rift/d- teleport enhancer? A ppe battery and device to aplify the rift created by a shifter to pass the vehicle. Any help suggestions?
I know techno-shifter has a rift device.
