This, but I do the following for the major power of SN Strength (not those gained from other sources)...
It's simple, lift one ton per PS point and carry half that. Throwing is done in a ratio of 100 yards per PS point in excess of what is needed to lift the object.
Example, using this your character with SN PS of 92 would be able to easily lift that Abrams tank and throw it 2,700 yards (or nearly 2 miles).
What about damage from this? does it stay the same or is it increased too? I would think the damage would be phenomenally ridiculous

but that is a factor, if your character can lift even a few tons this would provide allot of punching power on top of the many other uses, and its not just about damage, punching through metal wall or door with few punches, disabling a robot faster by tearing of a limb, or having to pull punches with weaker foes due to mistakenly punching right through them or knocking their head off....
what im getting at is that there is a story there that isnt just about munchkin, if your going to boost the power dont skip on one of its main tenants; the ability to hit harder

Carry and normal lift rule as the HU main book
New rule: Extreme lift
The character can use all there force of strength and will to lift a huge amount of weight for a short period. Well performing and extreme lift the character is unable to move or engage in combat and is defenseless. The weight must be dropped at the end of the period (or handed of to another) the character is so physically drained that for the next 10 minutes he has half his normal actions and is – 10 strike parry and dodge. The character will also drop the weight is he takes more then 50% of the damage he was capable of at the start of the lift and is unable to perform the lift at all if he has only 50% of his HP remaining. The period of time is only equal to his PE in seconds (just long enough to get a few kids of a bridge before it collapses or hold a vehicle of someone well other pull them free) and the weight is covered on the above character.
On Kittenstomp's Strength chart, Supernatural PS goes up to 150

Carry 45,000 lbs or 22.5 short tons
Lift 75,000 lbs or 37.5 short tons
Extreme lift 150,000 lbs or 75 short tons
Much closer to the extreme strength of some of comics strongest characters and there 100 tons

Increasing lift capacity is a much needed upgrade. The argument that it increases damage could be argued like this: I train martial artists, some of them have been really big guys, and even though they could lift an extreme amount of weight, they hit like wet noodles. So for my games, it's easy for me to conceive that somebody could lift several tons without increasing the damage bonus. Not sure if this helps anybody else but it's a way of looking at the damage debate.

true to an extent. The damages are fine it's the lifting capacity's that need bumped up.
Yeah not completely true, but it works for my table. Wasn't there something in HUGMG about increasing lifting capacities?
