When I first got the Rifter 54 issue, I looked over the New Chillicothe section, and learned the names of some Coalition States war machines, and Aircraft.
They were the Mark XIII Dragoon, CTX-53 Ballista MAAT, CTX-531 Trinity RA-MLRS, Spider Skull Dragon-Wasp, and the Bone Raptor STAB-1 Bomber.
I never seen or heard of these vehicles before, and I don't know if they're presented in a Rifter or Coalition Overkill.
Does anyone know where I can find them?
(Note: I have SoT 1,3,5, and 6. Financial problems have prevented me from ordering Coalition Overkill.)

Re: Coalition Vehicles
they're units the articles writer created for his own games. no stats printed.

Re: Coalition Vehicles
The CTX-53 MAAT is listed in SoT book 6, page 216. HOWEVER it doesn't give stats - just a (very) brief description

Re: Coalition Vehicles
Well, at least I know what that vehicle was on Page 1 of SoT 6.
Do you think the stats and illustrations for these new machines may be printed in a future Rifter issue?
The Bone Raptor may be the Coalition's answer to Iron Heart's AC-29 Air Castle Bomber.
And the Spider Skull Dragon-Wasp may be a flying Spider-Skull Walker.

In response to ...

... this would of course most likely be unofficial since as stated by the original author it comes from an unpublished source, I just thought I would share what I found.

The Dead Boy Depository wrote:This is the Spider-Skull Dragon-Wasp, a little something I came up with for my Missouri book (presently unpublished). It was designed to be a VTOL capable, high-speed airborne robot vehicle that specializes in close air support, though overall it’s multi-role machine. It has flight characteristics similar to the NGR’s Dragonwing, but isn’t quite it’s equal, (though the Dragon-Wasp is still quite impressive in its own rights).

That's possible - the CS did capture the IH factories.
Though if I had to guess it might look something like the proposed FB-22 -

and stretched out to the size of the B-1 Lancer (which is nicknamed the "bone")
As far as any other stats go - well anything is possible. Dead Boy may have additional idea's and work submitted to the Rifter already for these designs.

I'll put a package together and see if Wayne Smith wants to put in in print. The write-ups have been done for some time now, and two have accompanying illos, though some pix came out better than others. The SSDW above is on the high-end of my artistic ability (thanks for posting it, Chaos... I thought the {img} function was disabled), while the Bone Raptor... m'eh... they might want to have a staff artist to a re-do on that one.

You're close. The idea was a cross between a stealthy B-1 "Bone" Lancer and bird-like robotic features (with forward-swept wings). It was made partly because I was really, really disappointed with the Leviathan flying boat-bomber (I think from SoT1) and because I felt the CS was in desperate need of a real bomber for its burgeoning air force/army air corps.
