Where Oh Where is the TAG OCC?

It's cool to have all the Rifters, but I'm always looking through tons of books to find one thing.
Please... will someone let me know which Rifter has the TAG OCC is in?

I'm thinking he means the Target Acquisition Groups. Basically a Coalitions Sniper Team
