Assume that the answer is yes, go for the shvantz joke, and move on with your life.

Must then add a new skill to German soldiers' training; 'Nad Targeting(used in conjunction with a successful Lore: Demons and Monsters roll, this skill gives the soldier an added +3 to strike certain 'sensitive' parts of a (male) monster's anatomy...A successful strike does CRITICAL damage  , knockdown, and incapacitates the target for 1d6 melees(lose initiative, NO bonuses to combat, and is reduced to one attack per melee) as it endures sheer agony, shock, and anxiety).
(optional) This skill is limited to those NOT of an Honorable alignment(Principled, Aberrant)

HA!

Care to join us over in the BEST CHARACTER thread and give Sam an example of a well-made and thought-out Palladium character concept?

I know you have many . :D

I would, but none are currently in residence in my head right now, as I'm only moments away from hitting my pillow... :-)

Rifter 30:

Genitalia: A sensitive area to say the least, but you know someone sooner or later is going to make a called shot there. Requires a called shot of 14 or higher to hit. No extra damage, though a save vs pain (14 or higher, may use P.E. bonus to save versus magic) may be called for, and long-term complications could be rather disagreeable.

Thank you. I never would have spotted it, but then again, it's not knowing about the little things that will kill ya.

Hit a Gargoyle in that area, then after he's rolling on the ground in serious pain, then he will be royally pissed off

This is why, on those few occasions when Crazies and Ludicrous Mages take up piloting giant robots, it's a REALLY bad idea for everybody else concerned.
Especially when they hear the electronically amplified battlecry of 'NYUK-NYUK-NYUK!'

I don't think that's what you think that is..... that being said.. I'm quite unsure as to what it MIGHT be. But I don't think it's... that.

i'd guess a loincloth.
given the reptilian morphology of Gargoyles, i'd imagine their junk is retractable.
