Game Master Guide and Book of Magic to add some quick reference and weight to your collection. Rifts Underseas for some general boat designs. Madhaven to shut up players who want to go loot New York City.

Dinosaur Swamp is great, and D-Bees of North America is almost required for playing or running D-Bees.

Rifts: Ultimate Edition, Rifts: Game Master Guide, Rifts: Book of Magic, Rifts: Bionics Sourcebook and Rifts World Book 30: D-Bee's of North America.

With those five books and what youve got under your belt already you can run a pretty fantastic well-rounded game!

GMG and Book of Magic are just rehashes from other books, they are nice to have in one consolidated place, but RUE actually has new material with updates on TechnoWizardry and other topics. I would think RUE would be a higher priority to get... I put off getting it for quite a while, just on principal (I don't generally like new things/editions/etc.) but I am glad I got it, it is a good book to have.

Merc: Ops and Merctown are ones to add to your collection.

@ Lucifer_Drake: It was the one in Beaverton, OR. The one in Portland, OR is a long bus/max trip for me.

@Arcanus... Yeah I live in Hillsboro , Beaverton is closer but i go into Portland on a regular basis to go to the Library Downtown or gaming at my friend's place near 60th Max station. So I go there when I can. I do like to go to Beaverton as it's convieniant. It's good to know that there are other RIFTS & PB fans in the Portland Metro-area. I miss playing RIFTs my old RIFTS GM quit running it because he didn't like the 'balance' issues as HE saw them. I personally love RUE :) But I own both editions , & if I ever run RIFTS I may mix n' match from both editions. I am working on my own mini setting for RIFTS in California as a bastian of light & order in a chaotic & dark world.

RUE is actually worth the money for a number of reasons, not the least of which is Cyberknight does not equal a turkey with some cheap armor.
