Help needed with TW armor

Ok this is my first time making enhancements to armor and the rules in the RUE confuse me something terrible. I'm playing a mystic knight of the white rose and want to beef up my armor. I have 1.5 mil creds to do it and I have added to it a naruni superheavy FF and multi optics two out of the rue. any sugggestions and help in creating the price etc would be especially appreciated.
