I don't recall specific grenade rules that are separate for the usual rolling to strike with any thrown object.

I think this calls for using the oh-so wonderful d12. Roll it and that's the direction it bounces using 12 as going straight long! If it goes in a direction with a wall then it bounces off that in turn and contines at an angle that makes sense to you.
