TW Single Use Devices. Do you conform to the rules?

In RUE it says that only one spell is allowed for single use items.
I am curious if all you GM's out there allow more than one spell in a single use.
Recently, I saw in one of the rifters (Can't remember which) items that looked like single use items but had two spells. My players saw it as well.
Reason I am asking, I created a TW Device calculator. While its very flexable, I still stuck to the rules with it.
However, now I have players wanting to use it to make single use items with more than one spell.
I said I would think about it.
Any of you GM's, break this rule? If so, how and what do you do to your calculations?
