DB 10: Hades - Pits of Hell details a lesser demonic mortal and greater demonic mortal that might work for you. There is also the Fallen Demon Lord option for the Immortal power category from Powers Unlimited 2.

Alien. Seriously, straight up alien. Demons aren't from our world, are they?

Alien or Mutant would probably be best. IIRC, I used the Alien category when I made my 'Breed inspired half-demon.

Go with the immortal class in PU2 if you want something with more power options or go with Alien as suggested above. I went with Immortal and used the fallen Demigod to build my character Hell's Belle.

Either the Immortals Power Category from PU2 or something out of Armageddon Unlimited.

You might take inspiration from the RCB2 Pantheons book for the Demi-Demon. Just mod the DemiGod 'race' stats to fit.

ArU could easily do a half demon.
IF he just wants a guy that'a physical prodigy, you could do something really unexpected and just make a him a Physical Training character, Ancient Master, or Weapons Master. Just say his heritage and not extensive training give him his abilities. All those characters edge into the physically superhuman, the PT can' even have Superhuman strength!).
Maybe make him a mega hero due to the demon side of him. Then you could give him a "holy" weakness(if you wanted too)...
