I have never used a GM screen.
I have the GM pack on my ipad now though if that counts.

The fantasy gm kit is worth every penny. The decision to only make the Rifts one free came from Palladium.

I have one I made that is cobbled from various tables and such. it is an 8 page; so 4 panels front and back. Email me and I will send it. Just print it off and then glue to card stock.
