Are there any additional power armor or mecha for NEMA out there anywhere beyond what's in the core book?

maybe in the future supplements. but i have not seen it.

the revised rifts sourcebook number one with the republicans has some stuff that can be thought of as NEMA generation two.

There have been several sourcebooks that have been submited to Palladium with lots more NEMA stuff. In particular there is a book called First Responders which will add quite abit to the Chaos Earth Line.

i beleive rifter issue 35 might have some (don't own that issue).

also, the USA-PA-05 Eagle SAMAS from Spirit West is from that time period, and could be used fairly easily. the same goes for the Sidewinder SAMAS and Wild Weasel SAMAS fron New West (just swap the rifle weapon for one of the regular SAMAS railguns)
