Telekinetic Acceleration Attack in all SDC world?

Anyone know what book I can find a all SDC version of the psionic power Telekinetic Acceleration Attack? Or how to convert it down?

Typically damage converts on a 1 for 1 basis.

well a 1 for 1 basis wouldn't work because the 10 ISP charge does more damage then the 20 ISP charge.
So anyone willing to help with a conversion?

Then double the damage from the 10 I.S.P. attack for the 20 I.S.P. version. Or if that seems too much, then rule that the 20 I.S.P. version just isn't available in an S.D.C. world.

I don't think this power has a place in SDC worlds. The telekinesis power already inflicts SDC damage based on throwing objects at people.
