Hand to hand combat
I am just curious...Is it possible to burn all of your actions in one quick flurry of attacks? or is the combat restricted to only one attack per turn?

As a rule, you have to make one attack at a time.
Although some attacks do take up more than one action, so a character might use up all of their attacks in one action.
Also, characters with the Ninjas & Superspies martial art of Muay Thai are an exception. If they win initiative, they can make all of their attacks on the first round of combat.

Combat rotates until all actions are expended.
Some of this is "house rules" but only SOME of it. It should help explain how everything works without me needing to retype it.

There is also a superpower in Heroes Unlimited that allows you to do one big punch for the combined damage of all of your attacks.
Its name eludes me however.

Prolly in the Power unlimited books, however since I have not bought either book, I can not say yea or nay on this.

I think it may simply be called 'Super-Power Punch', but I do remember that it is found in the back of Powers Unlimited 2.

There is also a MAF in Mystic China that that lets the char use up all his attacks in one big go. I believe it is the one that has a movie association. However, this is a pail imitation.

There are super powers that eat up more then one APM, and at lower levels will eat up an eniter round's attacks.
