Mystic Energy Drain vrs. other wards???

How would you play the Mystic Energy Drain ward w/ AoE, that is activated against wards placed and energized to protect or defend an area or object?

Mystic Energy Drain ward destroys/surpresses all wards not in the same ward sequence as it within the given area.

As long as the previously placed wards are undisturbed, the Diabolist can construct, place and activate any ward he likes. In the case of activating a Mystic Energy Drain in the area, I agree with Nekira... whatever other wards are in the area will no longer function so long as the Condition ward attached to the Mystic Energy Drain is Magic. The exact ward phrase would be Inflict+Mystic Energy Drain+Magic+Area Effect to basically shut down any activated wards in the area.
