Ok, so I'm going through and creating a Shemarrian NPC. Now I understand it's a robot and mental skills are at the level of the programming. But the Shemarrian Nation book doesn't say what the ME and MA would be. ME could be N/A I understand because it's not going to get scared or mentally tired. But MA being charm/leadership/intimidation... They would have to have an equivalent start to show how good they are (especially the pariah or males) at charming people out of information.

So, my question is. Does a robot (especially a Shemarrian) just have no stat when it comes to MA/ME?

that is an interesting question. Mental affinity is something it probably should have at least for androids like the shemmarians. ME would be not applicable and would only be factored in if it was a transfered intelligence type bot.

But how one goes about figuring out the MA of a shemmarian or something like it is a good question. Given their brusk stoic demenor whatever it is it cannot be very high.
