I use Skype and Obsidian Portal.

All the reference material such as Character sheets, WIKI, maps etc on Obsidian Portal, and game on Skype with http://www.catchyourhare.com/diceroller/ for dice to keep everyone honest.

You can use the chat to message the GM or other players discretely and action moves along quickly via voice, the GM can send on the fly maps or other files as needed.

Not right now. I have a job, two college courses, a gaming podcast I am part of, and helping write an update for another game into a new game system.

My plate is currently full. But look into those resources.

There are virtual tabletops like Inferno and others for people to get their gaming fix.
