building psi tech devices

I am making a Psi-mechanich like char type....
question: would you having more difficult to make psi-tech devices that have super psi powers in them then the lower three power types?
Note, the costs are already weighted by how much ISP they cost.

with out seeing the formula I wouldnt know, but my personal feel would be to have 'psi be psi' and let everything have a flat cost.

Nope, the higher ISP cost and cost in supplies is adequate I think. You're limiting your market since fewer people would be able to use super psi due to the higher ISP costs, built-in balances.

I do like the idea of there being some skill roll involved in creation though. Applying the ISP cost of a power as a skill penalty could work.
