Looking for Psionics
I seem to recall finding some expanded psionic abilities in one of the rifters, amongst them I seem to recall an "Improved Telepathy."
Of course, now that I want to use it, can I find it again? NO!

Telepathy: Superior can be found in Rifter #25, in the article by Levi Johnstone titled "Enthralled."

There are also som e AWESOME unrefined psychic classes in Rifter 50 that were done by Jason Richards.
