Technically, it happens all the time.

Creations such as the Glittermount, the TW Locomotive, and the Iron Juggernauts are examples of TW devices that are partially or totally powered by souls.

I thought those were essinses not souls?

Terms such as "essences" and "souls" and "spirits" are interchangeably used in the books (see Nxla and the Soulless Xombies, for just one example of this).

That gets close to making Rune Items. Most GM's probably would not let a PC do that.

They would be much like the immured entity weapons from rifter....13?, and the Faerie Harvest weapons, in that they would always be detectible via sense magic and sense aura spells/psi powers.

Think you are missing the concepts a bit.

TW are commonly powered by P.P.E. Not the soul-powered nor entity-powered as meant in the terms used in the above posts.

The only canon TW thing I can think of while dead tired right now is the GlitterMount TW horse which has a tectonic entity in it. And that is not common place.

So TW Locomotive, and the Iron Juggernauts could be also but are unconfirmed rumors?
