Xombie?

I seem to recall another version of the create zombie spell, only it was spelled "Xombie" and there were slight differences in the final product - does anyone recall which book it is in?

That's the version created by our friend Nxla in Psiscape. Though there ARE varients. There is a slightly different version in BtGD, and Dark Conversion has a 'voodoo zombi' in it as well.
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.

The Through the Glass Darkly version would go well with a permanence ward.
