Opinions for changeling juicers

Can a changeling be one?

I have the reasons why a changeling that lives hundreds of years wants to become a juicer (Hyperion juicer actually) with its short life span and I know I can rule it yes if I want but-

What are your opinions on the physicality of a changeling juicer? What about if they need to always remain as a human or humane sue Dbee to retain the effects?

Doesn't Juicer Uprising detail what other races have been converted, additional costs and difficulties, and such?

Yeah I think the list of what d-bees can become juicers is pretty much those that are very human-like. I don't remember any specific prohibition for changelings though. I would suggest double checking juicer uprising and then it's GM-s call.

If it's and existing character, his physiology would probably be so different that the conversion process would have a high chance of killing him.

Nope.
CB1 specifies that Changlings cannot be Juicers, Crazies, or Borgs.

Can't think of any.
As a rule, the cybernetic component of the Juicer conversion is going to nix any kind of shapechanger from being an option.

Keeping them locked into one form could logically re-open the option, but as far as I know this is never addressed.
Also, sometimes changing shape might be an unconscious decision, so things could get messy.

What are you going for here? Do you just want a shape-changing powerhouse, or a versatile juicer, or what?

Juicer near equivalents can be made with TW.

An Atlantis-style bio-borg juicer might be an option, but I'm not sure how changeling physiology would mix with bio-wizardry.

I am after someone who can metamorphosis into a human that would be willing to change place with a PC who is about to be executed.

I'm sure I can have the player save the NPCs life but I wanted someone near death (or similar) to explain why the NPC would trade places. BUT then I wanted the players to rescue the NPC (with the support to detox him or cure whatever ailment meant he is at near death etc.).

He doesn't need to be a Juicer for that. Just give him cancer or any disease you feel appropriate.
He is dying but with the right magics or access to advanced hospitals, he will be just fine.

Good call!
Also, come to think of it, they could get cyber-disguise implants.

Not sure of the specifics, but even just extreme plastic surgery could make someone look like someone else. There's always a good variety of magical ways to do the same as well. And Hypnotic Suggestion is a good way to convince someone that A is actually B.

Well as part of the disguise skill the drug harness could be fake? That with cyber disguise or regular disguise someone could pass for a juicer for a few hours maybe?
