I don't see why not. If you put enough brainpower into a TW, why wouldn't they see magic as another branch of science?
I actually have a HU2 character who is a Natural Genius/Techno-Wizard. Imagine all of the scientific theory methodology, but focussed on the supernatural.

I have no idea what you mean by this. Do you mean can a TW learn pyschics or mathmatics? of course. otherwise, what would be the distinction between a TW mathmatician and a regular TW?
