Re: looking for magic that requires components
Palladium Fantasy has both Diabolism and Summoning which require a lot of components.

Happiness is a long block list.
If you don't want to be vilified, don't act like a villain.
The Megaverse runs on vibes.

Also from Rifts: Mystic Russia (pretty much all of them in one form or another), England (The Druids), and Atlantis (stone master).

Re: looking for magic that requires components
There are several spells in Combat Magic that need components (they explicitly use an item as a focus), as well as in Nature Magic (they enchant something else, like an egg a knot, wax, etc).
Any sort of enchantment magic of course.
Mystic China has an entire sub-school of magic that is all about making magic pieces of paper that perform magical effects when burned.
Nightbane has Flesh Sculptors, who are described as using tools to perform their rituals as magical surgeries

The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.

Thanks.
Outside of PFRPG.... Celestial Calligraphy in Mystic China. This is found in the Tao Shih (Immortalist) class. As it ia written it is paper stored chi magic.
The Fang Shih is also incidentally associated with components....but more in the part that moving stuff/things around changes the flows of chi in an area.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
