How do you make sense of Psionics?

How do you make sense of Psionics powers in your game and balance it so ther not too Powerful to not Psionics?

Use psionic badguys or things with a high me. A grig leaper for example.

Personally I've never though Psionics were all that impressive. There are a few powers that are total BS such as the various Bio-Manipulation variants.

Could you be a bit more specific as to the powers or perhaps O.C.C.'s you're having trouble with?

I interpreted it as working around the saving throw vs psionics

Well ther 4 catagories,Super,Healing,Physical and Sensitive,I like to known the job of each catagory,and if I make a new Psi-power how do I fit it to that catagory I want?

Assigning a new Psi power to a category is pretty easy. Healing is mostly medical-type applications, Physical affects the outside world and the body, Sensitive detects things, and Super is the heavy stuff that either does a lot of things, or does one big thing.
