can one trasnform into a small manufactioring plant to say build guns.. it does mention industrial machines.
So to build these guns they would have to have weapons engineering..correect

Does the power say they need the pilot or mechanical skills to turn into a vehicle? I'd use that as a guide. I'm not sure what singular machine they could turn into that would let them build guns, but if such a machine exists then they'd also need the raw materials.

or course raw materials.. i have also taken multiple beings.. so 2 machines can then be use to manufactor stuff
