I'm mostly thinking fan art but there is, of course, some good art in the books. Include those if you want!
What is some of your favorite?
Here are some of mine.

The druid with the tiger, and the 2 SAMAS flying low, both from the RMB I think? many others.
As a side note - is it possible to get the drawing of the NG Scorpion Battler (Northern Gun book1) on 1 page, not split on 2 pages? I wanted to colour one as I'm currently driving one in game.

Oh yeah, I know what you're talking about. That is a pretty awesome pic. Both, actually.

Some Porcupine girl drawn by Ramon Perez, in New West if I remember correctly...
EDIT, in Lone Star, p 137.

Rifts has a ton of amazing art and always has. One piece I would love on a T shirt would be the gunwolf mech blasting what appears to be an alu demon bull in megaverse in flames. That piece says rifts pretty well.

Kevin Parkinson's Druid with Tiger.
The funniest is the one that claims to be a knight and something. The original artwork, iirc done by Kevin Parkenson, the title infers it is two Orcs and was intended for a fantasy setting.

I have found plenty of good Rifts-feel art, but can't say I have seen much fan art.
Favorite book art - probably Perez's line walker half-page piece in the back of the FoM worldbook. That pic always makes me want to run a magic-user.
