Do wolfen and their kin need winter clothes during the winter all the time or just during the blood winters or what

IIRC, the rules are that wolfen consider the cold one category less severe. So, where a human needs a jacket, a wolfen is fine. Where a human needs a coat, a wolfen needs a jacket, usw.
