What are the OCC in After the Bomb:Mutants in Orbit?

Is it Ok to use them in space games set in Heroes Unlimited,Phase world and Rifts?

There are no OCC's in MoI.
But the char classes are based around and orbital community.
The archetypes being independent ship owner, solder, mutant, officer, do it all, med-tech, asteroid prospector, cyber hacker, pilot. engine tech, life support tech, freighter owner, power tech, and Astrologer.
The only one I couldn't avoid stating the name of the profession class was astrologer.

The profession listing of MiO are a bit short/limited and are lacking when compaired to the standard CCs. And could pass as skill programs in AUGG.
