Ohio based game geography
I was just looking at the NA map v1.6 and In saw Queenston Harbor. Which book/s talks about this town and the ruins of Cleveland?

Queenston Harbor is detailed in Sourcebook 4: Coalition Navy. it's a maritime community built up by a true atlantian family, and uses a lot of unique technowizardry.
