How do you update the BtS,s Occ/Pcc in Rifter 1 and 13?
I like to known how to Update the BtS,s Occ/Pcc in Rifter 1 and 13 to BtSed2?

Nothing changes except how you get the non-class specific skills.
Instead of rolling for their education, you roll for or pick the occupations skill sets in BTS2.
That is how you update from BTS 1 to BTS 2.
If you mean "how do I make them into CC's like Rifts?" Then you take the NB CC "the psychic" strip out all the powers and add the rest to the BTS1 powers class for it's skills and starting equipment.
