what Phase world,s ships are a Game breaker for HU,s space?

Yes and yes
The Phase World and Aliens Unlimited games, while using the same basic game engines have different mechanics and assumptions at play under the hood.
Several of these result in the radically different ship design philosophies of the two games. Weapons in Aliens Unlimited for instance have a wider range of damage at the medium end and a smaller array of super heavy weapons. The weapons ranges are likewise not the same reflecting the different games design philosophies on the nature of space combat and the roles of various units.
Damage capacities, speeds, number of weapons, crew sizes, SHIP sizes, compliments of smaller craft....on the surface they look similar but when you run the numbers they tend to be widely diverse. And that is before considering that AU as written does not have any form of TW, and uses a totally different kind of force field than PW ships do.....

But Phaseworld and Robotech are both MDC.
A CCW,s Colony ship Rifted to Robotech,s Sol system 6 years after the SDf-1 and 3 before the Zentraedi arrive,it will not be too over powering.

Rather then that, I would have the CCW ship rifted to Fantoma Space a few years after the UEEF has taken the system. That way the huge effects it would have on the tech would have on the storyline would be reduced. Or maybe they get rifted there just after the Haydonite Betrayal as a way for the UEEF to continue fighting even after loosing the PC production matrix by converting to fusion reactors and other FTL drives.

Depends on what technology it has.
Phase World has a lot of technology that could radically change things (advanced, stable force fields for instance) as well as its own version of FTL drives that could have their own impacts and would need to be evaluated carefully.
the other thing to remember is that the 'potency' of the mecha climbed....Macross, then Masters, then Invid Invasion, then Shadow Chronicles...each series tech was better than the ones proceeding it.....Phase World tech is already as good (or better) than Shadow Chronicle era gear. Meaning that suddenly your fighting the Zentradi War with Haydonite War weapons.....it would be like giving the Allies in WWII weapons from Desert Storm.
Its not impossible, just like combining the HU tech isn't. But its going to require a lot of care and thought beyond just looking at the short stat block and figuring that the DC numbers and damage dice look comparable.

Well in AU:Galaxy Guide thers a FTL that go 1 year per hour,Slowist countra-garv ships in Phase world/3 galaxies are the homesteader colony spacecraft and conestoga clony ship both are in Thundercloud galaxy page 116.
