Alien race generation tables

So there are those in 3 galaxies, are there better/richer sets somewhere around or are those the best? ... I want to putter around and use them to create a few more species for a campaign project I came up with (which entails a new minor federation in the Corkscrew or maybe the Anvil...) but I've not worked with 3G material in so long I don't remember too well: so I'm looking for the best tables to work with where are they?

Thunderhead Galaxy (liberal meaning..the monster creation table.)

HU MB 1&2 alines power cat
HU:AU & HU:AU revised.

PF:LotD1 (liberal meaning..the monster creation table.)

Aliens unlimited... I knew there was a good set beyond that in Phase World, thanks.

There are planetary creation text in the AU:GG book, that also can set the magic and tech levels of the populations that call that planet home.

And if I remember rightly, the solar System creation tables can be found in one of the rifters.

Sometimes I mix in the tech & magic sections into the HU Aliens creations tables.

Which is why I use them in conjunction with each other to make new alien races.
