Does anyone know when the Starship supplement is coming out if at all?

That's been shelved a long time ago, in a galaxy far away.

Yeah, sadly right now it's just a hopes and dreams project now with the fan base basically cobbling together what they can from the first edition books and home brewed stuff.

Which is singularly unfortunate, given how much of the proposed campaigns for the UEEF book, you know, are sort of a robotech version of island hopping with veritechs, in space. But right now, we've got one cruiser class (tristar), one zentraedi destroyer and flagship designs-- and for the REF, two ships, one of which was part of a small run and the other of which is a singleton which in canon is sticking around earth.

Well you have the ikazuchi, garfish, horizon-t, and 2 haydonite ships in the deluxe core book. Though the stats for those don't match up well to the later book ships. (Being basically 1st ed reprints with a few tweaks to armament)

And starships and spacecraft are just such an essential part of the Robotech setting....Not that I'm not pleased we have SOME, but can we also have the stuff behind the window, pretty please?

honestly given how many there are (especially when you include the various 'brief background appearance' stuff), a ship book is a huge undertaking.
as long as the stats stay the same format (no sudden shift in how the sublight speeds get handled for example) i don;t mind us getting them piecemeal over the span of several books.
and every one appearing in a sourcebook is one more that doesn't have to be written up new for a dedicated ship book.. if we can get most of them appearing in sourcebooks first, a ship book can be done much more easily.. the ships can be mostly reprints, or just "stuff that hasn't been done yet", and the writer can focus more on information about etting campaigns on starships, and rules for using starships in battles as something other than a backdrop.
