Other then the Vehicle Crash Damage table in HU2 page 84, in all the settings' books where are the tables that define Vehicle Crash Damage?
Note that I am asking about the damage done to the vehicles involved with in the crash.
(For what I need them for passengers are irrelevant.)

N&S will have it, but I'm pretty sure it's the same as HU2. That's one of the few things PB's consistent on.

I didn't see any crash rules in N&S.
I know there are rules that describe the damage in terms of how much weight and how much speed, individually.

I knew they were in there. Should be in the same section in HU2 as well.
