I have not delved deep into this, but I did notice two things that need to be mentioned.
Pg. 10 South-West Command and South-East Command are flipped. It would be difficult for someone in Florida to get a message out to HQ in Denver.
Pg. 83, Several letters in the second column are replaced with various symbols. I'm sure this was already caught, I just wanted to make sure it was at least brought up.
