Where are the rules for modifying vehicles in Phase World?

I wanna add docking clamps and hatches to a spaceship so it can hold a Triax hovercar under its belly.
Or would it just be better to use the prices from Golden Age Weaponsmiths?

GAW rules or house rules. I don't recall any appropriate canon rules for modifying PW ships.

And..OUTSIDE the hull? Not my first choice for storing a planet-side vehicle(okay, so Heinlein's The Rolling Stones once stored Martian dune-bikes outside the hull of their ship, but those things were already built for near-vacuum conditions, and they were going to bring them aboard for re-entry, but still...).

I need to be able to drop the thing off quickly, with crew. And the cargo bay is too small with all the other stuff in it, like flying P.A.

There are no canon rules for ship mods. Rifter 34 has some rules on creating a ship for galactic tracers and Heroes Unlimited Galaxy Guide has some good guidelines for making a ship. The best thing to do is House Rule it.

What kind of ship are you using? I mean if you are making a big change like bolting a ground vehicle to the bottom of the ship why not move a few things around inside the ship and have a drop bay for the vehicle?
