I hope if Palladium books makes a H.U:Power Unlimited 4,All the Speical training from Rifter,would be in it,With all ther abilities and Sample characters too.

as with the other post, depends on what you want. Capitalizer is a good one, Parkour master is good because you can get some good damage out of that skill if you use it. There's a good one for extra P.S. damage with two handed weapons which is nice too.
