Re: FREE Sneak Preview of In the Face of Death
looking at the preview, i think this is one that should have been done as a Raw edition prior to going to print.
while most of it looks fine, there are a number of issues that spring out.. including a youtube url in the test of the book is very unprofessional looking, and was a poor idea. especially given that such videos are often removed by youtube without warning.
i'd also point out that the video is not of parkour, it is freerunning mixed with general gymnastics. freerunning is inspired by parkour but lacks the more formal military based movement styles of parkour. further headstands and flips as seen in the video and included in the skill write up, are not actually part of parkour or freerunning, rather they are general gymnastics/acrobatics added by the people who make those videos as a bit of additional visual flair. properly done parkour/freerunning is about moving through obstacles with a minimum amount of delay. this is not particularly visually interesting normally. so the amateur film makers who make those videos add in stunts like handstands on top of buildings and lots of fancy flips and such.

Just want to know what SB8's title will be.
But I know if it starts with one of 25 letters I will not be interested.

I honestly wonder if this is coincidence or on purpose. Either way, I'm happy to have another book
A good friend will help you hide a body. A best friend will lend you the P.P.E. you need to resurrect the body as a loyal zombie servant.

Wow, I'm dense. The first time I read Axel's post I didn't understand what he was saying at all. I mean it's possible it is coincidence but at this point it would be fun to see if they can keep it up.
